Sacred Heart Seminary and School of Theology (SHSST) has developed a five-phase plan for responding to developments in the COVID-19 pandemic situation. Effective March 8, we will be at Phase 3 for the foreseeable future.
For our library patrons, this update means that the physical space is open to all students, staff, and faculty. Community patrons may use curbside pick-up and drop-off (contact the library staff to arrange). Inter-library loan and SWITCH borrowing are available to the degree those services are working.
We know it’s cold in the library and have a few blankets to keep you warm if you’re here between classes. We’re glad you’re back. Let us know if there are any assignments we can assist you with.
Just a reminder that all returned items are placed into a 3-day quarantine until they are checked in. Should you get an automatic overdue notice during that time, please don’t panic. You’ll get a notification when we check in those materials. Thank you for your understanding!
We are back after our holiday break. The building remains closed, but we are working in the library. Please contact us (library@shsst.edu) if you need resources or research assistance. Check out the faculty newsletter for 2021 workshops.
